Despite tornado-like weather, an enthusiastic audience settled in for an evening of intimate conversation and performance with Metheny and Inside the Jazz Note host and JHK board member, acclaimed bassist Christian McBride. The audience delighted in the opportunity to participate in a lively Q & A near the end of the program and a finale-worthy reception for guests, sponsors and volunteers topped off the night, where the sumptuous food and classic cocktails were served.
